About Susan O’Connor Brown

Susan brings a unique business perspective to her clients as she spent 17 years as a senior executive in the financial services arena. Beginning her career at First Pennsylvania Bank, she moved throughout the retail and commercial sectors. She concluded her banking career as an executive vice president and the highest-ranking woman at CoreStates Bank with profit center responsibility.
Susan also heads the Center for Executive Assessment. It provides state-of-the-art assessment systems to help leaders and organizations with senior talent identification, team-building, 360 feedback, and culture audits. Susan is also a licensed clinical psychologist.
Susan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rosemont College and received her Masters and Doctorate in Human Development and Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Institute.
Susan is certified in multiple psychological assessment instruments, published and spoken at numerous professional association meetings. She has also been a coach in the Wharton MBA Program. She is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) working to give voice to youth in the family welfare systems.
